Fake VoLTE Activation???

I call them to activate VoLTE on my number, they assured me to activate in around 24hrs, next day I recieved an sms that my request is closed, then I again call them so they again raised request, and next day (today) , i recieved same sms of closing my request, then I call them , then they said we activated it , restart phone, put sim in slot 1 which i already done , but still not getting volte...
