Vulkan Initialisation failure

I've seen many people post abou this bug but I've tried all the solutions and my game still doesn't launch. I have a 4070 super, I've updated my drivers, updated java, updated c++, and my game still doesn't launch. I have it on xbox gamepass and just downloaded it. If anyone has a fix please let me know.
