I think my coworker is too friendly

Me (29F) and my coworker / friend (28F) knew each other for 6 years now (maybe more). We used to part-time together, then I referred her to my full-time job, so we’re now teammates.

Long story short, she likes physical touch, here or there, but I’ve never felt uncomfortable. I don’t think she’s romantically interested in me, and so am I. She knows I’m queer. I’m still looking for dates after my breakup this year. She’s never been in any relationship before, as I remember.

She once tickled / teased my knee, and I had to grab her hand to stop her because I was too sensitive.

Today she put her head on top of mine while I was working, which happened a lot. But today she said, “It’s so comfy. I hope I could stay like this forever,” which actually kind of froze me.

I think she’s just friendly or maybe baby gay?
