Question about pecies combination for new 70 L (19 US Gal) aquarium (guppies, catfish, triops, shrimps)

I want to build a beginner aquarium for me. I have a bit of experience with aquariums. I got here a box for 72 liters (US 19 gallons).

I would like to put in there some guppies, a few catfish, shrimp and triops, aside from some snails which would probably emerge anyway along with some plants I would put in there.

Would this be a viable ecosystem and species appropriate? I don't want to stress them and I want them to thrive happily along each other.

Would this be a good combination?

If yes, which species would you recommend?
