Feeling completely stuck — need advice from people who’ve been here
I don’t know how much longer I can keep going like this.
I have ADHD, and even the simplest jobs feel like torture. I’m exhausted, burned out, and honestly ashamed that things most people handle easily feel like hell for me. I keep thinking: Why can’t I just do it like everyone else?
On top of that, I’ve been with someone for two years who feels like “the one.” She’s the first person I’ve been 100% myself with. But deep down, I don’t feel like I’m “good enough” for her. I can’t picture myself being capable of marriage or even carrying a stable life.
Right now I feel panicked, scared, and hopeless. I don’t want to give up, but I also don’t know what to do next.
For those of you who’ve been in this place—burned out at work, doubting your future, scared about relationships—what helped you? How did you climb out of it?
Please, any advice or stories would mean a lot.
