I received an alert that my credit score dropped 75 points.

Back in November 2023, I visited the ER and I went through insurance.

Turns out they didn’t cover it.

In January 2024, I moved to a different city started a new job and I never received any letter about my hospital bill. I had no idea that I had a bill to pay. I was informed the insurance didn’t cover it today when I called.

And so today, my score went down 75 points. I had no idea I had a bill to pay for 1,700.

And no collection agency has reached out to me. I don’t even know who to contact.

I saw it on my Experian report.

Who do I contact? How do I get this off my report?
