Looking for information on original AM/FM radios for an 82 CJ-7

Was there any specific model or jeep branded radio that was used in the CJs. I have a retro style digital radio but don’t really like how it looks with the digital screen when it’s on. Do the real AMFM radios still hold up or are they finicky to find any stations on? I would like to have Bluetooth in the jeep as well so if you know about either a product or a modification I can add to an AMFM jeep stereo to make that possible that would be awesome.
