Is the discomfort in left arm at night, a physical symptoms of depression?

I have been depressed since 2020 and it has gotten progressively worse over the years. I'm going through a particularly rough patch right now and I have no family or friends.

Lately (it's been a couple of weeks now), I feel this weird sensation in left arm. It feels like built up pressure inside my arm. And it keeps me awake at night. Is any of this normal?
