AIO for not liking my friend?

I (14f) have this friend (14f) who had been on multiple occasions said stuff that’s weird but I will talk about this one thing that happened.

My friend who is a part of my friend group goes to the same class as me.

So if you don’t know how it works I live in an unspecified country in Europe where you have a specific classroom for each grade and each grade can have class A,B,C,etc. So My friend and I are in class B and the rest of the friend group is in class A.

So naturally we spend a lot of time together and often she says stuff like “Oh I wish I could be friends with those people” or “Like I would really love to do this project with these people because they’re really cool” which is fine of course but it makes me feel like me and my friends in group is just her back up friends.

I don’t know if I should talk to my friends or if I should let it be. I just feel uncomfortable around her because she is also very annoyingly insecure like she is always asking if her face is too red and saying her hair is a mess and it’s like “can you for one second just chill out, we are in school not a met gala”.

I feel like I’m overreacting and overthinking and that makes me feel bad but I honestly just don’t like her as a friend. She abandons us when she gets the opportunity which also makes me feel like we are just her back up so she doesn’t look like a loner.
