Buying my first turntable. But on a budget.

I want to get a turntable, so I can listen to my vinyls and for presentation. But I don’t want to spend a crazy amount of money on a turntable. My budget is $200 and I want to have speakers too. But every turntable I look at has some flaw, maybe its needle doesn’t work, or it plays too fast, or it plays too slow, or it stops working in a few months. Maybe the speakers that come with it sucks really bad. So If you know of any good budget turntables with speakers or two separate turntables and speakers under $200 please let me know.
