Advice needed

Has anyone here ever been summoned to an academic disciplinary committee at Strathmore University and ended up being pardoned or facing only minor consequences?

I recently got into some trouble with the school, and I can’t stop worrying about how my actions might affect me or what verdict I’ll get when the day comes. Any tips would help.
