Working at amazon?

Has anyone done flex then gotten a job at amazon still do flex? I started at amazon warehouse then got an email saying i was deactived could not log in for awhile but then after a week or so started getting flex notification on my phone! Its been about another week and I’m still able to access my account I’m curious if there is anyone who has had this happen to them and I’m wondering if you do both and how you stay under the radar or if its even worth it? If you were caught what happened to you?
