How often do most people go to the Emergency Room in a year?

Okay so I had another post venting, and someone commented "My guess for the doctor's behavior is due to your frequent ER visits." - nothing wrong with that comment but it just got me thinking; how many times do most people end up going to the ER in a year? like what is the "normal" amount and what would frequent be.

I'm in Canada so ER trips are free + I don't have a primary doctor rn, no urgent care or walk in clinics near me, I've been on a waitlist for a doctor for awhileeee....

This year I've gone twice. 😂 once a few days ago, once in January, so idk if that falls into the normal amount range or frequent range. It jut got me curious though!
