Anyone’s on-time rate dropped recently?

Always around 97% and the last two weeks it’s been dropping after almost every order. I’m not doing anything differently.

Wondering if they changed something. I guess it doesn’t matter, but I don’t know if it affects what’s offered to you in the algo.
