TPU Shoes - is it the filament?

Fix My Print

So I've printed a few things with one brand of TPU very successfully, but this was a different brand I was using. The wife bought it off Temu, but it was 95a like I was used to.

Ender 3 V3SE, Nozzle: 215, Bed: 80, Speed: 10mm/sec 1st 5 layers, then 40mm/sec, Retraction distance: 7mm, speed: 65mm/s with wall thickness @ 1.2, using Cura as my slicer.

These settings have worked great on the other brand; I even printed a tiny pair of shoes for my grandson. Now, my new great-niece wants a pair. I used the whole role of filament, so I'm switching to Sunlu, but any recommendations if I see this kind of behavior again? Note how large portions of the show printed fine? The first pic is the orientation of how it printed with Tree supports everywhere.
