Strange locations question

It seems like I only ever get the same strange locations, almost every campaign my first strange location will be the slaanesh one that gives the cursed jug of wine. The only other one I seem to get is the healers camp. Am I just unlucky? Tested on 10 campaigns and 8 times out of 10 I get the slaanesh location and the other two I get the healers camp. Tested on Clan Angrund and Ironbrow Expedition.
