Maintenance

So my apartment company has failed to fix my leaking toliet, disposal , and now dishwasher .So I’ve read a few things online and even knew a couple people who got leases terminated / paid back for appliances not being fixed after 14 days. Does anyone have any experience ? Front office is no help and corporate won’t answer …. Call a lawyer ? Looking for help.
