One year left to take my master

I'm a master student in Morocco, inshalah i passed the first year and i wish to pass the second successfully, i can say that it's to hard to follow the master's rhythm, there is a lot of pressure and work, but it's passable and can be done with discipline and patience, in fact I'm kinda confused about this second year, i need a stage but I don't know if the university would help me find one or not, and after taking my degree should i add another stage to be more aware or just look for the nearest opportunity to get a job, if you think this post is kinds stochastic let me say that you are right hhh
