Military license

I was recently released from active duty back in February 2025 and I’m currently attempting to get my CDL waiver done in GA. (I was an 88M) They have an even exchange program that I’m pursuing but I’ve hit a stump. I can’t find my military license anywhere and everyone who I asked in my entire chain of command has not been able to pull it. It has completely disappeared and I need to continue the process, what can I do to retrieve my license after I’ve been out for 6 months?
