38M discomfort in shoulder, tingling arms, bloating

Hi trying to work out what's going on with me, 38 male 6 feet 250lbs

For a couple weeks now I've had a mild pain/discomfort in my left shoulder blade that just won't go away, I've also had tingling in my left arm

i can't stretch it or massage it or anything, I went to urgent care who checked my A1C/blood glucose and ran an ECG both are fine. They said it was likely muscular.

It's been over a week and I'm still having the same issues except tingling has spread to both arms (still predominantly left, right is intermittent) and my right hand started to get numb while doing a 3 hour drive). I also have recently had some stiffness on the left side of my neck

I'm not sure if this is related but My stomach has also been grumbling for the past 3 days and I now have a lot of bloating (I'm not constipated however) these may be unrelated things.

Anyone have any ideas what I should do? I have an appointment with my doctor next month, should I try and move that up.

Current medications are zepbound and bruproprion.
