Bad attitude mic talking

Why do some people only hop on the mic to bitch and complain about other teammates, but won’t use the mic to actually communicate what’s going on in game? I’ve been in so many matches where people hop on just to talk shit on our fellow teammate, but won’t ping the enemy, won’t say if they need help or healing, or if they see an enemy flanking, or even strategize. What’s the point of not using the mic to work together as a team, but to just scream and shout about nonsense. Then they want act as if they were the star player of the game when they are doing just as bad if not worse than whoever they decided to complain about. And god forbid you try to deescalate the situation so you have a better chance at winning bc then they just turn on you and keep on complaining. I just need to know the logic behind this kind of behavior bc I truly do not understand.
