Is dusty / dirty on arrival a cause for SNAD?

Bought a piece of vintage electronic item. UPS put the package sideways at delivery. 20+ years worth of dust accumulation fell out of the air vents and made a dusty mess inside the box. Is dusty / dirty on arrival a cause for SNAD if I can clean it up with a vacuum and compressed air? Everything is as described otherwise. Thanks.
