Might mule gate opener, MM360, grrrrrr

Gate beeps once when remote activated, indicating power issue, battery tests good, solar panel tests good, fuses test good, power at arm is correct voltage, power light is on green, charging light is flashing when unit is turned off. Arm moves for a second then one beep stops. Don’t see any water damage or obvious damage on control board, thanks in advance
