Returning player question

I had played CP when it first came out on Xbox to completion and just picked up a switch and got CP to play again, did they take away the shooting competition at Wilson’s? I remember doing it on all my other play throughs to get a decent pistol early game but it’s not available on the Switch version, can’t even enter the shooting range anymore
