Am I going crazy, or are US Foods prices going down?

I’m creating a menu item/ingredient food cost spreadsheet and a majority of items cost less than they did this time last year. Anyone else notice this? So far I’ve mostly calculated frozen things like fries or condiments like ketchup packets etc. But almost across the board prices are down.
