[TOMT] Ryu Vs Guile Video Essay

A while back I remember watching a great analysis/essay breaking down the Guile vs Ryu matchup in street fighter, differences in their frame data, options, projectiles, etc, and how it appears in other fighting games. However, searching "Ryu vs guile" only serves to show me a bunch of tournament sets. Does anyone else remember seeing this video, or know where I can find it?
