Favorite general purpose steel turning inserts?

Just wondering what everyone's goto all around steel turning insert is - Since purchasing a CNC lathe we've been doing more and more turning jobs whereas before we just had a manual one that was used for incidental stuff around the shop, running actual jobs across the machine was fairly infrequent, so we kinda just built up an assortment of random inserts but now that we're doing meaningful quantities of work on the machine we'd like to optimize.
