Foia/Dbq

I recently received, via a foia request, my DBQ on a claim for sinusitis and noticed a discrepancy on the form. The examiner noted in my medical history that I had 6-8 sinusitis (non-incapacitating) episodes a year. However, a little further down she noted that I only had 4 episodes a year. Not to mention, she missed a lot of information about antibiotic treatment and endoscopic procedures that were left out.

Is there a way to submit some clarification about these discrepancies before the rater makes the decision?
