Will I get bored if I spend more time in Kanazawa than Tokyo?
Hi everyone, thanks for your help in advance I'm thinking of going to Japan for the first time for about 16-18 days in October/early november and I'm leaning more towards nature/fall vibes because I've been looking at photos of Tokyo and all the people and lights feels overhwelming to me (and honestly might trigger an anxiety attack lol). I'm not sure if I'm perceiving it that way or if it's much different when you're there, but I was thinking of spending more time in the countryside (Kanazawa area and perhaps some time kyoto) but I do worry that there won't be much to do there....
I love the idea of seeing the more authentic side of Japan (less tourists the better) but of course I understand that the most fun and interesting parts of Japan are also the most crowded, so I'm trying to balance it out for this trip.
So far I'm thinking of spending about 3 days in Tokyo / 5 days in Kanazawa / 5 days in Kyoto. If it helps, when I travel I love to experience the culture / foooood / and overall scenery. What is your opinion if you have been to these places? :)
