Upgrading my build, need help!

Ive been thinking of upgrading my cpu, but not sure what route to go, and what CPU’s in specific. So far the only one I’ve been told to go after is a ryzen 7 5800x3d, or the 5700x3d.

My set up is:

Windows 11 pro Ryzen 5 3600x6 cores/12 threads) Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC Corsair vengeance 16gb 3200MHz Evga RTX 3060ti Crucial p3 500gb w/ 1tb m.2 sss Coolermaster 650w ID Cooling SE Asia horse black extension Apevia Prism matx case

What do you guys think?
