Huge discrepancy in TCF result.

Hello all,

I have already scored B2+ in a TCF exam in June but since I was unsure of my performance I had booked an exam in July preemptively that time. In the July exam, I scored C1 in reading and speaking and B2 in writing and my speaking was B1 but I strongly felt that I performed way better in speaking this time as I perpared hard for it so I submitted a reevaluation. My results for reevalution came today, after over a month and my speaking was dropped to A2(5/20) ??

I called the testing center and they are saying they can't do anything. But there is absolutely no way I can be A2, I think there was a mistake in my grading. Has anyone experienced this? Can I challenge this?
