New to bikes—Considering Honda H’ness CB350. Should I buy now or wait for GST update in November?

I’m new to bikes and planning to buy the Honda H’ness CB350, but I’m a bit confused whether I should go for it right now or wait until November. I heard about the possible GST hike on bikes above 350cc (up to 40%) and I don’t want to end up paying more later. Since I don’t have that much knowledge about bikes, any advice on the bike whether I should buy now or wait would be super helpful.
