Is it possible to pause/leave a term?

Hi everyone. TLDR I just started my degree on September, but was just notified by my employer about their tuition reimbursement policy. The policy provides 100% reimbursement after working with them for one year.

With this, I'm considering delaying my education to take advantage of this reimbursement. Is it possible to leave/cancel my current term to return at a later time?
