Stalker 2 sidequests

Have not played Stalker 2 yet, but some people say the number of side quests is approximately the same, as it was in COP( a game with a much smaller open world)–to what extent this is true? I've been also hearing rumors that devs did not include 60% of the side quests they planned during the development, but finally decided to ditch them in the release version–is there any chance they will add them in DLCs, or is it a lost cause?
