Talk Talk 'No Internet Access' Error

I recently upgraded with talk talk and got a new router but the internet keeps dropping out. I've restarted router and it works for a few hours then goes again. The router shows a solid white light too which means everything is fine. This issue is with wired too and I've tried so many different devices. Anyone else had this before?
