Movement rules questions

Hi, First read of the rulebook and already several questions about movement :

• drag : during the same action movement, can you start your movement far from an object (but in range of the color dice choosed for the movement), come into reach of it, and finally drag it as soon you still have some movement capacity (knowing that you can't go anymore further than Red range)? Or does the drag action is a full action movement that requires starting the action already in the "reach" range of the objet to drag ?
• when you fall (for exemple failing a gap jump), does this stop the mouvement action ? Thanks.
