High heart rate and coughing

Diagnosed: afib, asthma, autism, depression

Relevant surgery: Ablation (last December)

Since my ablation I have been afib free and mostly tachycardia free with the exception of the last 2 days. I've been having tachycardia episodes a day, usually capping out at a out 135 bpm. When my heart rate spikes I start coughing, sometimes to the point where I vomit.

I know the best solution would be to go to my cardiologist but I am completely uninsured right now.
