Private Chef for Bachelorette Party

Looking for recommendations for a moderately priced private chef or fun dinner party idea for a bachelorette in Williamsburg, BK. We’ll be hosting at an apartment with an open kitchen (plenty of space for prep/cooking). Hibachi would’ve been a blast, but not doable indoors, so we’re open to other unique or interactive ideas. Would love to hear about chefs you’ve worked with or creative experiences you’d recommend!
