Grants/Loans for project horses?

Bit of an odd question, but I don't really know where to start with researching beyond "grants and sponsorships for flipping horses" basically.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any financial assistance for specifically retraining an OTTB? I really want to get into the industry- and have been working on my trainers project ponies for a while- but I'm not able to afford the initial investment into a project + the other costs that come with having a horse (because I am so very aware that the cheapest part is buying them.)

However I also know that there's a lot of organizations that would probably love to assist in the retraining/rehoming situation (because racing is soooo abusive /s), i just have no clue where to look. If anyone has any resources or even just a "here's what you should try looking up to get closer to your goal" that would be amazing!

if the answer is "go into copious credit card debt" then damn already got that one going for me 😭😭
