I believe it’s a ruptured

Hello everyone On Sunday night k went to dinner with my husband everything was fine until 4 hours after the dinner I got really bad stomach pain I threw up most of the night Monday morning at around 6am was when I last threw up I believe I have a ruptured cyst I had one many years ago but it wasn’t as bad today I started seeing brown discharge the pain is so much I can’t I been struggling to even lay on my sides idk what I can do or take last time I went to the er I basically just got Tylenol that’s all I been taking but any tips ?
