I want to get a gf outside of school

So im 15M, 6’3, introverted and russian and want to find a gf (preferably latina and sporty). the thing is, i recently moved to upstate ny, and the girls at my school are kinda pretentious and just overall not my type. dont think theyd go for me anyway as there are way finer dudes that actually have proper social skills. lots of people have recommended joining clubs but i genuinely have no clue how to do that, can yall recommend me anything? i rlly dont want a white girl from the suburbs cause theyre a lil too privileged imo and have rlly high-standards. any tips appreciated, even if that means changing my mindset or accepting defeat.
