who should i get?

i recently returned to the game and i see there's a new character, which is awesome. love her design, she looks great. to those who have her, how is she as a partner? and how does her skill work? i did read the wiki but that made a little confused, so if someone can explain it easier terms, that would be great.

aside from nonoka, are there any other characters in the game that have good skills? i've acquired a few, but i don't use many of them. ilith for progressing in world mode and lagrange because i really like her skill, i used her a lot when trying to upscore and still do now that i've returned because i prefer seeing my letter grade range over my actual score while playing. and tairitsu was really great too when i first started playing and still is, even though i don't use her as often.

thanks! 🙏🏾
