pop on games to large

so when i’m super new to pcs’ but i’m very hands on so i’m good at the tinkering and building part but the system confuses me and this is where it starts. i had a 2060 super swapped it for a 5700xt for better raw 1440p well on the 2060s it had smaller pop ups and they didn’t cover a large portion of my screen. So when i switched to the 5700xt i opened up fnv to run it and stress it a little bit i noticed that any pop up like discord showing how to use the “shift+tab” or the discord “‘+shift” features and my cortex is just say to large and i’m to dumb to know what to call it or how to look it up
