Is this immoral according to Christian belief?

The belief that disease should take its natural course, denying treatment or preventative care so that those perceived to be a burden on society die off. Therefore, leaving only the "strong" remaining.

Fortunately, I don't hold this belief because I think it's immoral and against human dignity, as well as going against some of the "right to life" belief I have. But maybe there is an alternative perspective someone has?
