BABY CAN SAY FOUR WORDS BUT DOESNT CLAP OR WAVE?

Anyone else in our boat?! He can pull to stand, cruise, says four words consistently, knows his name and simple commands like go, come here etc. He's also social and mimcs sounds and actions when he wants to (putting on my sunglasses). Ive seen him clap a few times but not consistently. I have never seen him wave! Any tips or tricks?
