Itchy urethra at the tip of penis and weird thing happening when I urinate

I am 20 male. 6 foot and around 150lbs and for the past couple of days now, I have had an itchy feeling in my urethra specifically at the tip of my penis. Something that has also happened lately is when I first wake up to go to the bathroom the urine doesn't come out smoothly it feels like there's a blockage and then the urine "breaks through" if that makes sense. This usually happens when I don't urinate frequently. When I urinate later in the day it doesn't feel like there's a barrier the urine has to break through but I notice that the stream breaks into two sometimes.
