Legion Go S charger support

I've noticed that Lenovo is pretty picky about charging. I know it supports 65W. I also saw that you need a 20V adapter, otherwise it won't work at all. Now my question: First, does it support Power Delivery? Second, I have a charger that supports 33W at 20V, will that work? I mean, 33W is less, but as far as I know, it should work at 20v.
