PIP delay

Hello I am reading through all the posts and like many, still in complete limbo. I phoned mid April and delay in sending my forms. Application sent in mid July. Since then just being given standard answer, in line waiting. It’s so frustrating as this is due to DWP error saying they needed to verify me which they didn’t need to as I’m already in the system with LCWRA. I have MS, PTSD and chronic anxiety with panic attacks. Any advice please?
