I'm having trouble posting ads on Facebook, please help

I am a newbie and I want to advertise on Facebook. However, due to the special nature of the product, there are several subdivided models of the same product and one brand. There are many SKUs. I have about 9 brands and I don’t have enough budget to use dynamic ads. What should I do?
