[KCD2] Lords overcoat tier 3

Hi im looking for a brown overcoat, i know Lumir has one but i knocked him out and he only had a tier 2 coat. I’ve also experienced many similar situations where everyone is saying something is tier 3 but im only finding tier 2 items. Is there anything i can do to increase my chances of finding tier 3 items? Idk what im doing wrong
